How can I check the status of my order?
You'll receive an email confirmation after placing your order, and another once it's shipped. You can also reach out using the chat icon on the website for faster support.
When will my order ship?
Our processing times may vary, but most orders take at least 3–5 business days to be prepared. This doesn't include weekends, holidays, or transit time. We ship based on your event date to make sure your items arrive around one week before your celebration. If you need your order a little earlier, you’re welcome to enter a safe event date a few days before your actual event date. This helps us make sure your order gets to you right on time.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are custom made and not resellable.
My package says it was delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Please check around your home and with household members. If it's still missing, contact your local USPS office directly for assistance.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact me immediately to update your address. If the order has shipped, reshipping will be at your expense.
My tracking number isn’t updating. Why?
The label may be printed but not scanned yet. Please allow 1–2 business days, or contact USPS for updates.
What is your return policy?
Custom and personalized items are not eligible for return. Please double-check all info before ordering.
How do I assemble the chip bags?
A PDF guide with step-by-step photos is included with your order. This will help guide you through the process.
Are digital files sent instantly?
Only items marked as Instant Download are sent immediately. All other personalized files are emailed within 2 business days.
What’s included with my juice labels?
Labels are peel-and-stick. If difficult to remove, gently bend the edge back and forth to separate the backing.
Can you replicate a design if I send it to you?
We cannot recreate another artist’s work exactly since we do not own that design or image. What we can do is create a custom design inspired by the theme, colors, and elements you request.

I do not claim ownership of any licensed characters used in my designs. You are paying for my time and creativity to assemble and personalize the products.
Holiday Season Processing Times
During peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be longer. I recommend ordering early to avoid delays. Once shipped, transit time is out of my control.
