Processing Times:
Each order is handmade with care, so processing times can vary. Most orders take 3–5 business days to be prepared. This does not include weekends, holidays, or transit time.
Shipping Based on Your Event Date:
We ship your order to arrive about one week before your celebration, ensuring everything gets to you on time and in perfect harmony.
If you need your order a bit earlier, feel free to enter a safe event date a few days before your actual event date — this helps us time your order perfectly.

We can rush your order in 1–2 days! Just add our ⚡ Rush my Order add-on here: Rush my Order.
Shipping speed is not included.
We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance for on-time delivery. If you need your order sooner than the estimated delivery date, please add the Rush Shipping listing to your cart before purchasing so your products will move to the front of the line.
Shipping FAQs
My package says it’s been delivered but I don’t have it. What should I do?
Please contact USPS and speak with your Mail Carrier or Post Master. Unfortunately, we can’t act on lost packages. Most times, someone in your household may have picked it up, your carrier may have left it in a safe spot, or it could be in a neighbor’s mailbox. Please check these before contacting USPS.
My tracking info isn’t updating. Why?
Sometimes the label is printed but the package hasn’t been scanned yet. We might also be holding your order, waiting to ship it close to your event date. If you need more details, just reach out to us.
I gave the wrong shipping address and my package was returned. How do I get it resent?
Any shipping errors due to incorrect customer input must be reshipped at the customer’s expense. If you catch a mistake before shipping, notify us immediately here to fix it. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and reshipping will be at your cost.
My package never arrived, what can I do?
We offer insured and uninsured shipping options. Uninsured shipping does not cover lost or damaged packages. We recommend choosing insured shipping, which includes coverage up to $100.
I made an error in my shipping address, how do I fix it?
Contact us here only if the shipping label has not yet been purchased. Please avoid messaging via Etsy or Instagram, as we cannot match your social media to your order, and emails can get lost in spam.
How do I know when my package has shipped?
You’ll receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.
Why hasn’t my tracking number updated or moved?
If your tracking hasn’t updated, it may be because the label was purchased but the order is still being prepared or waiting to ship, or it simply hasn’t been scanned yet by the post office.
My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
Every item will be inspected by the owners to insure that each item is without damage or defect before shipping to your home. Once they are shipped to you we have zero control over USPS, or any other carriers damages, or lost/stolen items. You will need to contact the carriers for these solutions to these situations.
First Class or Standard shipping does not include insurance, so damaged or lost packages aren’t covered. We recommend Priority Shipping, which includes up to $100 insurance.
My package never arrived or arrived damaged. Do you offer refunds for this?
Unfortunately, at Fa Creates we are not responsible for damages or delivery services provided by third parties. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for lost or damaged packages during shipping.
It’s past the estimated shipping time and my package hasn’t arrived or moved, what now?
Please contact USPS for the latest updates. Once the package leaves our hands, we can’t track it further. Note: during holidays, packages may take longer or not get scanned — this is unfortunately out of our control.
